Monday May 16 BW Metcon (Time) Leg Blasters 2 rounds of: 20 squats 20 in place lunges 20 jumping lunges 10 jumping squats 30 seconds of rest between each round Then 6 rounds of 10 air squats 10 in place lunges 10 jumping lunges 5 jumping air squats 30 seconds of rest in between each round. Alt. wod for those with knee issues: 2 rounds: 20 sumo -deadlift with kettlebell, 70/53 or 53/35 20 air squats to parallel 20 ab mat sit ups 30 sec. rest between each round then 6 rounds: 10 sumo deadlift 10 air squats to parallel 10 alt.single-leg v-ups 30 sec. rest between each round
