Mon Feb 15 Girl Wod a. (Time) 'Grettel' 10 rft 3 power clean and jerks 135/95 3 burpees over the bar This workout is basically 'Grace' with the addition of 30 burpees. 'Grace' generally takes 3-6 minutes for intermediate to advanced athletes at this weight. Factor in an extra 3-5 min. for the burpees.
