45-60 seconds wall sit


Part B: for time
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 push ups
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 sit ups
Perform 30 sec plank between each set
For example
Set 1 10 push ups/1 sit up/30 sec plank
Set 2 9 push ups/2 sit ups/30 sec plank
Etc.
