For time with a partner:
30 toes-to-bars
1.5-mile run
30 toes-to-bars
1.5-mile run
30 toes-to-bars
– One partner works while one rests. Partition the run efforts and toes-to-bar sets as needed.

Rx2: 30 knees-to-armpits

Rx3: 20 hanging knee raises; 1-mile run

Intended Stimulus:
-2021 CrossFit Games Event 10.
-20:00-30:00.
-Fastest time was 21:10 (as an individual).
-Athletes can break up the toes-to-bars and run efforts as desired.
-Athletes performing the Rx'd workout should be able to perform consistent toes-to-bar sets of 5-10 reps and a 400-meter run in 2:00 or less.
