AT-HOME WOD (Time) At-home option: AMRAP 7: 10 object jumps or jump-overs 3 dumbbell burpee clean and jerks (35/50 lb) Masters 55+ option: AMRAP 7: 10 box jumps or box step-ups (20/24 in) 3 chest-to-bar pull-ups – If able to perform a muscle-up, substitute with 1-3 bar muscle-ups.

241104 OPTIONAL SKILL (Reps) 10 sets: :30 max-reps strict handstand push-ups 1:00 rest NOTES: -Maintain consistent set sizes. -Avoid pushing to failure. -Hold back on your effort in the first set. Prioritize increasing your set size vs. pushing to failure early on. -Build your gymnastic pressing endurance and your awareness of your ability with this movement. -Scale to pike push-ups, dumbbell strict presses, handstand push-up negatives as needed.

241104 OPTIONAL ACCESSORY (Time) 10 rounds: Sled push (50 ft) Sled pull (50 ft) – Rest 1:00 between rounds. NOTES: -Find a load that allows you to keep moving at a steady grind for the entire 50 feet. Increase the loading across the 10 rounds as you see fit. -Attach a rope or a ring (with a strap) to the sled and backpedal 50 feet. -Each round should take no more than 90 seconds.
