400-m run
15 calorie row
Max bar muscle ups
– One partner runs while the other rows for 15 calories and then completes max bar muscle ups in the time remaining until the runner returns
- Athletes switch when the runner returns. - Each partner will run and row four times.

Rx2: 6 rounds

INTENDED STIMULUS
- Moderate-to-long duration effort.
- 14:00-22:00.
- Runs in 2:30 or less.
- 3-5 muscle ups per interval.
- Partner workout, but each athlete has their own score.
- 8 rounds total.
