08-28-2023 METCON (Time, Rx2) COMPLETE FOR TIME: - 400m walking lunge * 15:00 time cap Rx: As written Rx2: 10:00 max distance walking lunge, any shortening of distance or adapting of the lunge. INTENDED STIMULUS - Finish in 12:00-16:00. - Athletes should be able to perform 10+ steps in a row before resting. - This workout will test athletes' lower-body muscular endurance as well as their MENTAL TOUGHNESS. - Expect to take between 300-400 steps.
