20 ROUNDS FOR TIME OF:
- 5 power cleans
- 5 handstand push-ups
- 10 wall balls
- 20 double unders

Rx: 135/85, 20/14#
Rx2: 115/75, pike pushups on box, 16/12#, DU practice
Rx3: 95/65, pike pushups/hand release pushups, 12/10#, single unders

SCORE: Total time to complete
GOAL: Less than 30 minutes
NOTES:Todays workout will be completed one partner at a time. One partner competes 1 rounds while the other partner rests, then they switch. Complete that cycle until all 20 rounds are complete. The barbell should be a moderate weight, but something that you can hold on to for all 5 reps. In fact, none of the movements should require you to break at any point. Work hard to finish your round quickly and get your rest on.
